About Us

Almost everyone is familiar with the calendars that At-A-Glance produces – the ones with “the little red window indicator”. Even in the 21st century, they are as much in demand as they were when they were first produced over 100 years ago.
John Frederick Bennet, the company’s founder, started production in the basement of his north London stationery shop and coined the name ‘AT-A-GLANCE’. So successful were the calendars that it became the main business and the company had to move to a larger factory site at Finsbury Park in 1925. Today the company still has an active member of the family in Peter John Bennet, John Frederick's great-grandson.
